Welcome to YS Photographer! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of YS Photographer's Website, located at ysphotographer.com.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, YS Photographer and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ysphotographer.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from YS Photographer for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

2. Creative License & Retouching Style

The client acknowledges that they have reviewed YS Photographer's portfolio and are familiar with the brand's aesthetic, artistic editing style, lighting choices, and color grading. Final edited selections represent YS Photographer's professional creative judgment.

3. Digital Asset Rights & Copyrights

All photographic raw files and final edited images remain the copyright intellectual property of YS Photographer.

**Personal Use:** Clients receive an active personal usage license to print, share, and post final photos.

**Commercial Use:** Requires a separate commercial license contract explicitly signed by YS Photographer.

4. User Obligations

Clients must coordinate accurate event locations, timelines, and logistics.

Commercial or venue permits required for shoots are the client's sole financial responsibility.
